NEET 2024: Cutoff (OBC, SC, ST & General Category)
NEET 2024 Admission Guidance: Personalised | Study Abroad
NEET 2025: Syllabus | Most Scoring concepts | NEET PYQ's (2015-24)
As per last year cutoff you need to score minimum of 400 to get into any government medical or BDS colleges in maharashtra. Anyhow you can try for private colleges by management quota. It is advisiable to drop out a year an prepare hard for next year.

Don't lose hope !!
Best of Luck !!
342 is a little far below the cutoff this year hovering around 550+. Students scoring as high as 650 are getting ranks in thousands. Even for BDS courses the cutoffs will be somewhere near 525+. So its unlikely that you will be able to get a government college. Private you may try but make sure to have a budget of 70-80 lakhs in mind.
Few students have filed a petition regarding the huge inflation in marks this year and it remains to be seen what is the outcome of it and what will be the cutoff.
All the best. Hope it helps.
