But these cutoffs also change every year which depends upon:Total number of students appearing in NEET exam, The level of difficulty in the question paper, Total number of available seats, Rank in the NEET merit list

Now, according to your marks of about 360, even if you belong from SC category you have less chance in govt. medical college because the cut off is about 400+, but can secure seat in semi government medical colleges.
