Sir, I got 4123 rank in cee 2019 .i m general category. So can I able to get seat in any institution.

As you have secured 4123 rank in CEE Assam 2019, so it's really hard for you to make it to any college under CEE Assam.
Also as you belong to general category so it's quite more difficult for you since your rank doesn't match with the required rank(closing/opening).
