Dear Tanvir,
The minimum percentage of marks required in subjects Physics, Chemistry and Biology is at least 50 % for a candidate who belongs to unreserved category and at least 40 % in the respective subjects for candidates belonging to reserved category.
So if you belong to the unreserved category, you should have a minimum percentage of 50 in each of the respective subjects.

Eligibility for neet exam is to qualify 10+2 from recognised university with science stream with subjects physics, chemistry and biology with aggregate 50% marks for unreserved category students and 45% for reserved category students.
If your fullfiling the eligibility criteria than yes you can appear for neet exam.
