The minimum qualifying marks for NEET 2019 are as follows -
For Unreserved category - 50%
For OBC/SC/ST - 40%
For PWD - 45%
The percentage is the minimum aggregate marks for PCB subjects.
Along with the above, you should also have English as one of your core subjects and your board must be a recognized one.
So, according to your PCB percentage, it seems that you are eligible for sitting for the exam.
