sir I got 74 rank in ts pgcet biotechnology..I can surely join osmania or JNTU???

Yes there are decent chances for you to get a seat in JNTU and osmania on this rank. Osmania University conducted the Telangana State Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (TS PGECET) from May 28 to 31, 2019 on behalf of Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) for admissions into regular PG courses in Engineering, Technology, Architecture, and Pharmacy.
