100 - (your total percentile) 869010 /100.
In your case your rank must be around 212,299(not Category rank).
Cut offs vary every year on various things like the level of question in the entrance examination and total number of applicants in that examination.

In case number of applicants increase in jee main April examination your rank must go less

You can apply for jee main April examination if you want to appear. Application for jee main April exam starts from 07th of February and shall remain open till 07th of March 2020.
