sir i got ecet branch rank 250 and intergrated rank 19249 but didn't get seat in first and second counselling also and my branch is petroleum and my caste is sc and im a boy is there any chance to get seat in universities in spot counselling round

Yes there is chance for you to get admission in the spot admission round. You cann apply for it only if you fill the eligibility criteria. But there are only a few seats for it, so if there are more students who are more eligible than you then it might be a problem. However there is still a chance and you must go for it.
