sir I have a doubt in josaa counselling if I got a seat in round 1 which was my 4th choice but I want any of the first 3 choices so I go to round 2.. Now here will I loose the before seat which I get in round 1 if I opt for slide or float?????

No, you will not loose your seat.
if you opt for the float or slide options your seat allocated in the academic program will continue and you also will be considered for further rounds.
However if you get allocated any of the higher preference seat in further round your earlier seat will get cancelled automatically.

See if you got your fourth preference in 1st round of JOSAA counselling then you can choose float option to upgrade your preferred branch and this branch will be kept reserved for you and also note that if you want to upgrade only branch and institution is same then you should go for Slide option.
