As you applied your paper revaluation and you done in December ignou in 2019 and you did not get any information and for this go to the website of ignou and list out the problem for them they may help you to get declared and mention your roll number and its compulsory to mention si that you may get you revaluated marks go for it and lets hope for the best to get your marks and ALL THE BEST for your future and i think my suggestions and knowledge may be helpful to u.

See, there may be delay due to ongoing crisis and further there's also extension of lockdown, you should contact the grievances centre provided for students to address your query, they reply very quickly when it comes to the queries of students.
