You can apply for the 10+2 NIOS board exams after minimum gap of two years after 10th board examination. You can also opt for ODES(On demand examination). This mode allows you to appear for senior secondary examination after passing your 12th.However you won't be provided the transfer cum migration certificate. You'll be given the marksheet only.

A candidate who wishes to appear for jee mains has 3 consecutive years to attempt for the examination. Since you have passed your class 12th board examination in the year 2018, you were eligible for jee mains only up till the year 2020 if you gave the exam consecutively. But in the year 2021 you would not be eligible.
