Since you have passed your class 12th in the year 2019 so you need to choose the code 02 as the code 02 is for those who have qualified Class XII in the year 2019 or before with Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
This is because even though you are doing bvsc now but your highest qualification with Physics, Chemistry and Biology still remains 10+2
