Hello
There are numerous options available for those who didn't qualify gate or scored less. GATE is not the end of everything and you still have a great career by cracking other exams and looking at other prospects.

Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened
Choose any one and go for it..
I hope it will help you
Good luck...
Going for an MBA or MTech is completely different. If you want to study more in engineering then go for MTech. Even if you're not getting IIT, you may get NIT which is also not a bad option. But if you want to pursue MBA then you're free to do so. But try to adjust colleges as per your interests and not otherwise or else you won't be able to give your 100%. If you want to have a settled life only then you can definitely go for an MBA or try to crack some government exams to get a job.
All the very best
