Hello Devi,

You must login to GOAPS website again and click on "Change Applicant Details" to make the changes in your application form. Correct your name in both the places "Enter Name" and Name of the Candidate" and then click on Confirm to save the changes.

After this, click on the Submit Changes to submit your application form.
