Yes you are eligible, because obc cutoff is above 120

Since yesterday only the NTSE stage I results have been declared so the qualifying cutoff are not yet available but as per last year cutoff, the stage I qualifying cutoff for OBC category was 146. So there are tough chances that you had made it to next stage.
