Your rank should be under cml 1000 to demonstrate your stability here. But you are far from that.

But you can get other colleges which also comes under jceceb.

You have not mentioned your category but seeing your category rank you must be obc. So in obc with 1964 CML you will not get BIT SINDRI as the college cutoff is increased each year and for getting bit sindri by its lowest branch in obc your rank must be around 1000 and you are far more than that.
