Last year cutoff of ece branch in NIT WARANGAL for andhra Pradesh was 4643.so you have low chance to get a seat.

I think you are eligible to apply for ece in nit Warangal but I don't think you couldn't get through it in the first round but you could hope it in 3&4 rounds
