I think yes , you should have been a permanent resident of West Bengal for 10 consecutive years as on December 31, 2021. Student who apply for w.b  jee will also be considered eligible if their parents are permanent residents of the state with a permanent residential address.


W.B jee also take other stated student .
Out of westbengal the exam center is held on assam and tupura also.
