Hello aspirant,
For getting a government seat, one have to score 500+. I'm afraid, considering your marks, you won't be able to get a government seat. You could although try for private colleges or even semi government.

Based on your score and this year cutoffs you won't be able to secure a seat under all india quota and state quota in government medical college but you do have chances in private medical college in state quota but still It would be difficult to tell your exact chances as cutoff varies from year to year depending on various factors such as your home state,category,etc and also cutoff this year are too high.

fees in private medical college can range from 50 lakhs to 1 crores.
