Hello Aspirant,
According to the rank and category mentioned by you in the question you have very less chances of getting Aerospace engineering into any of the IITs because there are only four IITs which offer Aerospace engineering and among them highest cut-off rank was for IIT Kharagpur that is 398 (EWS closing rank).
Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on. You can check out previous year's cut-off from the link given below :-

But if you have good rank in JEE-Main then you can get good NITs also and you can predict the colleges which you can get from JEE-Main by using JEE-Main College Predictor :-

To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use JEE-Advance College Predictor:-

Yes you are right, as from this year there will be 10% reservation for EWS category in IITs and this can take you for Aerospace engineering in any of the four IITs but chances are quite less.
I hope this information helps you.
Good Luck!!
