Yes it will cause problem .

You have uploaded on 30/03/2019 but your expiry date is 31/03/2019. Since process is just started , still exam hasn't been conducted. It will cause problem during document verification process

Immediately apply for new certificate and soon after getting cericertifi update in website or mail the concerned examination authority.
