sir i lost my 10th class short memo ,is it necessary to submit at the time of admission for central universities

At the time of document verification you need to carry class 10 certificate (long memo) also you need to submit the same original class 10 certificate along with other necessary document in the respective college.Short memo isn't a necessary document to submit so you don't have to worry as long as you have class 10 original certificate.
