Hello dear

380 marks is good when it comes to clearing neet but if you talk about getting a seat then dear this much marks will never help you in getting a seat in any government medical college.  Your marks is  not even sufficient to get a bds seat in Government Medical College for general category.

If you really want to become a doctor,  work hard and prepare for neet 2020.

thankyou

Please feel free to ask your further queries if any
