See if you have not locked the choices then you can edit them but if locked then the choices cannot be edited again. So now if you got an upgraded seat in round 2nd then the seat allotted to you in round 1st would automatically gets cancelled and then even of you resign the seat allotted in round 2nd then also you can't retain back your earlier allotted seat because as soon as the seat would be allotted to you, your seat will automatically be allotted to some other candidate waiting in queue.

Also as per the schedule you can lock your choices from February 17th so you must not have locked them and in this case you can edit your choices because you have only two ways that you can get the seat allotted in round 1st. either you edit your choices correctly or you should not get any set in round 2nd(this option depends upon luck). So choose your decision wisely.
