Sir I scored 21.67 in IIT JAM physics(OBC) 2018 with rank 1784. Can I get NIT Rourkela or Warangal ?

Hello Sumit Kumar Bhoi,
Previous Year cutoff for NIT Rourkela in OBC Category for M.Sc.in Physics was 21.03 Marks and For NIT WARANGAL , it was 18.02 marks.
So if variation in qualifying marks are not that much. then you can surely get into NIT Rourkela or NIT Warangal.
