You haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, if you belong to General Catargory/OBC the aggregate required in your 10+2 in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology is 60%. It is 50% for SC,ST. We will need your individual subject marks if you belong to General/OBC category to check your aggregatw. On the other hand, if you belong to SC/ST Categories, you are eligible for AIIMS 2020.

You have an aggregate of 58.25. But for General Category, the required aggregate is 60.
