It aims to check how far the concepts from the previous qualification are clear. Those who have studied honestly will be able to make it. I know what you are thinking is exactly between LPU and VIT correct but when it comes to LPU I can guide you and I can say the pace with which LPU is growing no one stop LPU to be one the best till 2020. LPU is one of the fastest developing University in India. Let's come to the fact now this is the recent scenario of placement described below just think over it, according to my point of view LPU is the low costed university and you will definitely get high returns.

Keeping in mind the aggressive competition between colleges we actually can't predict which is the best. It's you who need to make yourself skillful for your bright future and success. I do have this confusion for selecting the college.

Meanwhile, I enquired everywhere and searched for every college information. I came across that few of my friends those pursuing B.Tech from LPU I heard a lot from them about the great working environment regarding academics, sports, co-curricular etc.

The faculties are well experienced in their domains. Now there is a rule for the university that a teacher must be pursued Ph.D. and till 2022 in LPU every teacher will be Ph.D. So it's a great opportunity to grab.

Recently B.tech CSE students got placed at Amazon at a package of 28 LPA.

Coming to VIT I don't have a good idea about VIT so I can't say anything about it. But LPU is a good choice.

Preparing for LPU nest it will be a good exam just study your jee syllabus that's it. and do practice the sample paper provided in the link below.

I would recommend you the college onthe basis of these factors-

• Placements
• Faculty
• Infrastructure
• Research wing

Placements-

LPU-

The placement cell of this college is one of the biggest in India as it is one of the biggest university. Here there are a huge number of placements as there is a very high intake of students as compared to the other colleges. The CSE branch is the best in this college but when you come to the core engineersing branches like mechanical and civil, the placements ae very low and the packages is also not that well.

The average pakage is around 3LPA.

VIT-

Modern machines in industry do not belong exclusively to any one branch of engineering, as they are interdisciplinary in nature. The graduates passing out of the program will have better future and career growth in such interdisciplinary sectors. The students have bright job prospects in the automobile manufacturing, engineering and electronics industries.

The average package is around 4-5LPA.

Faculty-

LPU-

Some of the faculties are brilliant infact superb but at the same time you will find less qualified faculties also. Depends upon the section you get.

VIT-

The members of faculty have vast industrial experience and they are engaged in consultancy. A few faculty members are currently processing their research proposals for submitting to funding agencies. The proposals submitted relate to the current needs of the industry like machine vision and creation of fully automatic manufacturing systems.

Infrastructure-

LPU-

It is the biggest university in India with a campus of around 600 acre campus. It has a lot of mordern buildings and one hell of a canteen with nearly all the top frenchises like dominos, subway etc.. The labs are also one of the state of art as compared to any of the other colleges.

VIT-

THis is also one of the hi-tech universities of India. This ia notch lower than LPU but it is not only the labs and the infrastructure it is more about the faculty as per me.

Reasearch wing-

LPU-

They dont focus a lot on research work as moreover this college focuses on making money and they dont have as such many faculty who can assist the students for such kind of work.

VIT-

Here they are a hardcore engineering college and they focus a lot on reaserch as they have both the capital and they will by the teachers to work and to help the students gain the experience and the knowledge for the students.

LPU has the infrastructure, better events, better buildings etc. But only if they could have provided quality education and quality teachers, it could have been at a better position competing with IITS. Yes this can be possible only when they will shift their focus from money making to imparting quality in education.

To Crack any of these exams, LPUNEST is not that tough, if you focus majorly on the the NCERT, you would be able to crack the exam quite easily.
To get into VIT it is way more tougher to get into this university as this is a quite reputed college for engineering nad for this you would have to clear your basics pretty well and practice a bit of the previous year papers to know the pattern and the way ne needs to answer the question.

Cracking is not tough but along with qualifying you have to secure good rank .

So just focus on your studies and concentrate towards your studies. Don not get distracted and make proper time schedule.

Your conceptual knowledge and practice must be sharp along with speed of solving .

Make notes or use highlighter

Read theory again and again.

Do not combine all the subjects .

At a time focus on particular subject

Make a time schedule for all the subjects.

And do not skip any topic untill you understand it.

Do regular practice of numericals and questions.

Ask your teacher or guider for any query ( even small queries).

Join test series which give your self analysation .

And don't get panic during exam time.
