The Eligibility Criteria for B Tech Mechanical Engineering is (Qualifying Exam) Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics, and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST. You need to score well in LPUNEST so that you may get scholarship. However the qualifying percentage for LPUNEST is 40 percent.
