As per your rank and category, it is uncertain that you will get admission in top 10 colleges in Mechanical or Civil branch. You can consider other colleges like: VIT, LPU, BITS, Assam Don Bosco University, Ahmedabad University,Jaypee University of Information Technology, PES University, Techno Global University, Xavier University, NIIT University, Sikkim Manipal University.
