Hey there!!

JEE exam is one of the top rated exams in the country. The guidelines that it puts forward will also be in that fashion. Therefore discrepancy in photo may lead to even cancellation of your application. It is better to resolve the problem by uploading a new pic in the site or simply contact the authorities.

Discrepancy in image can result in the cancellation of your application as this is one of the reason that CBSE rejects the applications.

You must remove any kind of discrepancy in your form.

What kind of discrepancies are we talking about? The picture, not being clear or providing a picture of someone else's? If it's the former, you shouldn't worry. You'll be let to write the exam. If it's latter, you need to contact them.

Your form of application will be cancelled if you won't Change it .

Yes, your application may be cancelled by JEE Apex Board if you do not remove discrepancy if any in the photographs.

According to the examination authorities, the name of the candidate and date on which the photograph is taken is to be mentioned in the photograph that will be uploaded to JEE Main application form 2018. However, if a candidate misses uploading a photograph that does not carry name and date, he/she need not worry. The examination authorities will not reject the application form and the candidate will be issued admit card for appearing in JEE Main 2018.

Correction in application form has been started from 9th January 2018 and was operational till 22th January 2018. CBSE clearly mentioned in their information brochure that change of mode from computer based (online) examination to pen & paper based (offline) examination is not allowed. JEE Main 2018 Correction in uploaded images has been started from 8th December 2017 and the process is over now, that mean candidates can not changed their uploaded images. Candidates can check it from the official website then those (candidates) who have done mistakes in their application form will able to correct their particulars details as per the information bulletin
