Sir I'm Defence personnel (ex servicemen) CW-5 candidate and I wanted to know that what's the cat percentile cutoff for my category in FMS?

Actually FMS goes as per the category in CW quota. There are a total of 12-13 seats which is mostly dominated by cw1 and if their are seats left than they go as per the order from CW1-CW6. So whatever if you score it really doesn't matter a lot if you apply with CW quota.

A score of 90 percentile or more should suffice for getting a call from FMS for the further rounds. Give it your best shot and make the opportunity count.

Manny according to the year 2018 for your CW-5 category (Wards of Ex-Servicemen and Serving Personnel including Police Personnel who are in receipt of Gallantry Awards) the composite score cut-off was 33.5/100. This composite score is made on the various parameters such as

So, in order to get a call for the second round of GD, extempore and interview 85+ percentile will be sufficient but in order to increase the probability of your conversion with a decent performance in the second round 90+ percentile in CAT exam will be good. Higher the CAT percentile will take your selection probability high because the CAT percentile is maximum in the final composite score.
