Sir, I'm going to pass 12 in 2021 but I have not participated in jee main 2021.My question is can I give jee mains 2022,only jee mains?

The opportunity to apply for JEE main 2021 February, March and April session has already passed but you can apply for jee main May suggestion 2021 once the application Window gets opened again but yes even if you don't it appear in jee main 2021 you are still eligible for JEE main 2022 and 2023 as well
This is because,
One can give JEE Mains entrance examination for a maximum of 3 consecutive years starting from the year of appearing 12th board examination.
Now,
your year of appearing for 12th board examination is 2021.
So, with 2021 as 12th board exam appearing year you are eligible for jee main 2021 , jee main 2022 and jee main 2023

If I tell you about jee advanced then,
One is eligible for JEE advanced examination for a maximum of two consecutive years starting from the year of appearing for 12th board examination.
Now, your 12th appearing year is 2021 .
So, being appearing for 12th board examination in 2021 ,you are eligible for JEE advanced 2021 and also for JEE advanced 2022.
