Sir, in case we have filled ews category, but failed to get the certificate, will we then come back to general category automatically?

If you can edit that option then edit it otherwise don't worry about it your application will be converted into general category in the time of counselling. So don't worry about it just concentrate in preparation of your exam.At the time counselling verification process your application will be converted into general category. Best of luck.
