No. This won't be enough. NEET is one of the most competitive exams in India, so you need to be properly prepared to crack it. Mere solving papers would not suffice. Of course solving questions is very much important but you need to have basic conceptual knowledge as well. If you just solve previous questions, you might miss some important concepts which were not included in previous years but may be asked this time.

So, study NCERTs at least and then solve questions and not only from Previous years but also from sample papers and mock tests.

Sorry the pattern and questions changes every year hence just by doing previous years papars its not possible. Yes, you can guess the pattern and the level of questions by doing it.

You need to follow NCERT+ Ref Books and also give mock tests to score good.
