Sir, In the section of Qualified examination Marksheet should I upload the BCA online Marksheet (as offline Marksheet is still not available by college) Or should upload my provisional certificate?

Due to this pandemic all the college authorities start to give provisional certificates to its students so that they can apply whatever they want. So Provisional certificate do the work but first you need to contact the authorities so that they can tell you what extra things you should do
