Hey there!

As long as you pursue your MBA/CA from a well reputed college (from abroad or even in India), both the fields have high demands and lots of scope and excellent pay.

Secondly, it depends solely on your interest too and where do you see yourself in future with either of the two subjects and how comfortable would you be.

Hope this helps. Good luck!

That totally depends upon your interest. If you think of the placements and everything, then both of them have good opportunities. But both have their own struggles as well. Cracking the CA exam becomes difficult for many, and at the same time scoring good in CAT examination and getting into one of the best MBA colleges ie ofcourse one of the best IIMs as you mentioned is equally difficult as well. So find where youe interest exactly lies and accordingly start preparing for a particular course.
