sir, is it necessary to have beo signature on cbse study certificate?, as I haven't completed 7 years in school but if I include Puc 1st n 2nd years it gets completed
Hello Aspirant,
Hope you are doing well.
On your study certificate, you must have the signature of a BEO (Block Education Officer) or a DDPI (Deputy Director of Public Instruction).
That's all there is to it.
Now for the specifics:
A study certificate is just a document stating that you have attended the appropriate Primary/Higher Primary/High School for the relevant standards (such as 6th, 10th, and 12th grades, among others) and academic years (like 2008,2012 etc).
You must submit the study certificate from each school where you have studied in order to have your K-CET documents verified. From your first grade elementary school through your tenth grade high school, we have you covered. Furthermore, from your I and II PUCs (11th and 12th).
Begin your professional career in the medical and allied sciences. Admissions are now open for the class of 2021.
Apply for admissions to the JSS Academy of Higher Education and Research in 2021.
Fill up an application right now.
Proforma (a model, an example) for study certificates will be included in the CET booklets published by the Kenya Education Authority. As a result, you must create your certificate in this manner and have it filled out by the appropriate schools. Some schools may issue their own study certificates, which may have a slightly different design than the one stated in the brochure; nevertheless, this is perfectly fine and appropriate as well.
Following receipt of the study certificate from the school, you must present it to either the BEO office for your zone or the DDPI office and have it signed in the area given on the certificate. That's all there is to it. You now have your study certificate, which has been countersigned by BEO/DDPI.
However, for PUC (11th and 12th grade) study certificates, the countersignature of the BEO/DDPI is not required.
Take use of your school's resources to locate these offices. They will have access to all of the information about these offices.
Another point to mention is that any one of the officers' counter-signature is sufficient. I mean, if you've studied at two or more distinct places, the BEO/DDPI of any one of those places will suffice as proof. It is not necessary to get it signed by all of the BEO/DDPI.
Most of the time, the BEO/DDPI would not sign their own documents. The certificate will be signed by a few members of their office personnel. Simply go to the location and ask for it, and you will have it signed in minutes, if not seconds.
That's all there is to it.
Pro Tip: In most instances, it will be simpler for you to get the signature of BEO than it would be for DDPI. That is, at least, the case in my neighbourhood.
Hope you got the answer to your question. Incase of any queries, feel free to question. Have a great day!
