NCERT can only give you an upstart into JEE Preparation or in simple words clear your fundamentals. But in today's date with the kind of competition students face, only NCERT is not sufficient. You need a perfect strategy regarding test taking as well as selection of proper preparation materials and books for aceing the exam.

Some of my personal suggestions which besides other books proved to be critical for my preparation

DC Pandey Series Physics

Arihant Chapterwise Previous Years PCM

Resonance Rank Booster + DPP Sets

MS Chauhan + Himanshu Pandey Organic Chemistry

P Bahadur Numerical Chemistry / Textbook of Physical Chemistry

TMH Maths Physics

Allen Maths Handbook

Arihant Chemistry Handbook

Chemistry -

Organic Chemistry O. P. Tandon

Organic Chemistry Peter Sykes

Physical Chemistry O. P. Tandon

Concise Inorganic Chemistry J. D. Lee

Modern Approach to Chemical Calculations R. C. Mukherjee (for practice)

Mathematics -
