Hello,

Don't worry about that.
Earlier, IGNOU used to provide 9 digit number but now it is replaced with 10 digits.Currently IGNOU portal will tell you to enter 9 digit enrollment number only but IGNOU will be soon upgrading its system and new candidates will be able to login at any portal through a 10 digit enrollment number.
