No, the application forms for BA LLB in Punjab University are not out yet. The tentative dates for the application forms for the BA LLB entrance are 11th April - 4th June, 2019. The admit card for the exam is likely to be available on 11th June, 2019 and the exam date is 21st june, 2019.
