As according to the procedure for taking admission in any college, or even while mentioning the caste you should verify the documents in the college during counselling, so if you are not eligible according to your real Date of Birth, then that  is a problem.

if you entered the wrong date of birth, then write an application regarding this and during the document verification, give it to the counselling head then they will correct it.
