No, it does not bad effect in your careers so don not worries about it. Maybe it helps you in future to give slide edge on above to remaining student who gives an interview believed most of the companies today in multitasking so it also gives you point maybe you the best pick in your group. so my suggestion is to take both advantages of subject or stream.
