You cannot legally pursue 2 full time courses in India for the reason being you have to submit your migration certificate original in the institute. If you are pursuing B.Sc and MBBS at the same time, submitting one original certificate at 2 different places is not practical. And how about the mandate attendance? How are you going to justify your attendance in both the colleges? Please remember that someone doing something not practical doesnt make it right.
