Yes you can do BA and B.Sc at same time, but you have to do either of the courses from Open University and other from any regular university. So now you have to choose which course to do from which university.

As open Universities will not force you to maintain attendance and come to college regularly you can study at home and have to write exams of related subject accordingly.
