Well Yes, you can give NEET 2024. But for this please request your school to change your stream from Non-Medical to Medical. This stream changing will allows you to give NEET. You can't do Math and Biology at the same time, so it will be better to change your subjects as soon as possible if you want to give NEET 2024.
Here are some tips for you, The foremost strategy for preparing for NEET 2022 from Class 11 is to get familiar with the syllabus and not be overwhelmed by it. The curriculum of Class 11 can be a bit intimidating for many but it is in the best interest of the candidates to deal with it tactfully. It is necessary that candidates must acquaint themselves with the NEET Class 11 chapters to develop a preparation strategy. Once familiar with the syllabus, candidates preparing for NEET 2022 from Class 11 must develop a proper study schedule. The plan of study should be such that there are no long monotonous hours and includes time for recreation as well. Studying time must be in short bursts especially during the time of the day when one feels most productive. The study plan should be organized and re-evaluated as time progresses. Higher priority must be given to the topics which carry more weight in the NEET 2022 exam. Such topics from each subject have been listed for candidates’ reference purposes.

Yes you can do so, what you can do is enroll yourself in class 11th again but this time with PCB combination and then you will be completing your class 11th in 2023 and class 12th in 2024 and along with appearing for class 12th board examination you can appear for NEET UG 2024.
Some eligibility conditions that are to be satisfied to appear for NEET UG are as follows :-
** You must have passed/appearing for 10+2 from any recognized central/state board with PCB combination.
** English should also be in your curriculum of class 12th and also you should have passed in it.
** You minimum age should be more that or equal to 17 years by December 31st 2024, as per the current eligibility criteria.
** As per the latest verdict of SC now there is no upper age limit so there is no any limit on attempts of NEET UG.
