Attained 17 years on 31st December of appearing year.

Passed 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects.

PCB Aggregate inclusive of theory and practical needs to be achieved against one's respective category:

UR-50%
SC/ST/OBC:40%
PWD:45%

Even for BMLT in perfusionist, radiotherapy technician, optometry technician, laboratory technician, radiographic technician, operation theatre technician, blood transfusion technician to name a few, it's imperative to pass 10+2 from a recognized board securing 50% aggregate.
