By 2023, you will be 22 years old, so you can fill the UPSC Form and can appear for the first attempt in UPSC Civil Services examination.
The age limit eligibility criteria for UPSC Exams is as follows : Candidate must be a minimum of 21 years of age and must not be more than 32 years of age . General Category & EWS: 32 years; 6 attempts. OBC (with certificate): 32 years + 3 years; 9 attempts. SC/ST: 32 years + 5 years; unlimited attempts.
further, the educational eligibility criteria for UPSC Exam is as follows : Bachelor's degree ( BA , B.Com , B.Sc , BBA , BCA , B.Tech etc.) with at least one of the subjects namely Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics and Zoology or a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Forestry or in Engineering from recognised university.
