Yes, you are eligible for UPSC civil services examination with your BSc maths honours.
This is because,
To be eligible for UPSC examination there's no need to be a graduate in a particular discipline, all you need to be is a graduate in any discipline from a recognised university be it BSc maths hons. ,B. Arch, Btech, BA , Bcom, B pharma or any other course. You don't worry after your maths hons. you will be eligible for UPSC
