For admission in B.Sc. Chemistry, the following rules are applicable for calculating percentage:
Percentage of best four subjects is applicable for courses other than B.Sc. like arts, commerce etc. For B.Sc. in Chemistry, percentage of PCM subjects will be considered.

Oh not at all! I am a Chemistry honours graduate from DU. Only PCM marks are considered.
Min.kitna cutoff jata h du m general walo ke liye
Around 95 percent and above. 2nd cut off and uske baad it is less. But cutoff marks don't go below 90 percent.

DU considers best four score. For chemistry hons you need to add up 1language+ chemistry+ top two scoring subjects.
The cutoffs for du is really high, if you lbelong to general category then may be by the fourth or fifth cutoff you can get. In case you belong to reserved category then you might get it by the third cutoff.
