Sir, my AP I-CET Rank is 35,279 Iam interesting to do M.C.A in your college But with my rank iam eligible or not ? (give me fees structure)

See, this cannot be predicted but I would say apply for counselling and give all colleges when you are filling choices. As for the fee structure, the college website says 50,000 Rs per year for MCA.
